This private tour includes transportation between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, selected sightseeing in Las Vegas, and flexible free time for entertainment, dining, shopping, and personal activities.
The exact itinerary and chauffeur service hours for each day will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
The vehicle and chauffeur are not available on a 24-hour, around-the-clock basis.

Suggested Itinerary
Day 1 — Los Angeles to Las Vegas
Pickup from Los Angeles and private transportation to Las Vegas.
Upon arrival, the itinerary may include a photo stop at the iconic Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, followed by transportation to the guest’s hotel.
Hotel check-in and free time will follow according to the confirmed schedule.
Day 2 — Las Vegas Sightseeing
Enjoy selected sightseeing in Las Vegas, which may include:
• Las Vegas Strip
• Selected famous hotel and resort areas
• Scenic and photo stops
• Fremont Street Experience
• Free time for shopping, dining, entertainment, or independent exploration
The exact route, stop duration, and chauffeur service hours will be confirmed before the tour.
Day 3 — Las Vegas to Los Angeles
After hotel check-out, guests will be picked up at the confirmed time for the return journey to Los Angeles.
Reasonable rest stops will be made along the route as needed.
Final drop-off will be at the original pickup location or another pre-approved location within the included service area.
Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is not included in this package.
Guests who would like to add a Grand Canyon visit must request a customized itinerary before booking.
Additional mileage, additional service time, entrance fees, or other charges may apply.
Guest Hotel Accommodation
Guest hotel accommodation is not included in the $2,999 tour price.
Guests may arrange their own hotel accommodation, or IFMVIP may assist with hotel arrangements upon request.
Any hotel cost, resort fee, taxes, deposits, or other accommodation charges will be quoted separately and are not included unless specifically stated in the final booking confirmation.
Chauffeur Accommodation & Meal Allowance
For this multi-day tour, the customer is responsible for the chauffeur’s overnight hotel accommodation in Las Vegas.
A private hotel room must be provided for the chauffeur at the same hotel as the guests or at a reasonably located nearby hotel.
A chauffeur meal allowance of $75 per day applies and is not included in the $2,999 tour price.
For a 3-day tour, the total chauffeur meal allowance is $225.
Any applicable chauffeur overnight parking or valet fees are also the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the final booking confirmation.
All known chauffeur-related expenses will be disclosed before final payment whenever possible.
Daily Chauffeur Service
This package includes private transportation and chauffeur service according to the confirmed itinerary and scheduled service hours for each day.
The vehicle and chauffeur are not available 24 hours per day.
Daily start times, estimated service duration, sightseeing periods, and return times will be agreed upon before the reservation is confirmed.
Additional chauffeur service outside the confirmed daily schedule is subject to availability and must be arranged with IFMVIP and the assigned chauffeur.
Any applicable additional charge will be confirmed before the extra service is provided.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and final return transportation from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are included in the listed price.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.
Please contact us before booking if your pickup location is outside the included service area.
Vehicle & Luggage Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
Final passenger capacity is subject to the amount and size of luggage.
Passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.
For groups of 6–7 guests, luggage space may be limited, especially for a 3-day trip.
Guests must provide the expected number and approximate size of suitcases before booking.
If additional luggage capacity or a larger vehicle is required, an alternative vehicle may be recommended and additional charges may apply.
The assigned vehicle will be a private Black SUV or comparable luxury full-size SUV, subject to availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Itinerary & Schedule Changes
The sequence of sightseeing stops and daily service hours may be adjusted based on traffic, road conditions, weather, hotel location, attraction operating hours, special events, closures, and guest preferences.
Reasonable itinerary changes may be possible during the trip, subject to time, distance, chauffeur availability, and the agreed daily service schedule.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, additional mileage, or service outside the confirmed schedule may result in additional charges.
Any known additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Passenger count and luggage requirements have been reviewed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been confirmed
• The 3-day itinerary has been reviewed and approved
• Daily chauffeur service hours have been confirmed
• Chauffeur accommodation arrangements have been confirmed
• Any applicable third-party or chauffeur-related charges have been disclosed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Day 1 pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Day 1 pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Hotel reservations, show tickets, attraction tickets, event tickets, dining reservations, parking arrangements, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a hotel, attraction, ticket provider, or other third-party provider classifies a reservation, ticket, fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the travel date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage requirements, itinerary, hotel, daily service hours, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
