The order of the stops and the amount of time spent at each location will be adjusted based on available time, traffic conditions, parking availability, local events, and the final confirmed itinerary.

Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and final drop-off within Santa Monica and Venice are included in the listed tour price.
The scheduled pickup, transportation between attractions, sightseeing stops, walking time, waiting time, and final drop-off are all included within the same 4-hour service period.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.
Please contact IFMVIP before booking if your pickup location is outside Santa Monica or Venice.
Tour Duration
The 4-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.
The 4-hour duration represents total service time and does not mean 4 full hours at the attractions.
Travel time, sightseeing, walking, photography stops, waiting time, and transportation between locations are all included within the same 4-hour period.
If the tour exceeds 4 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and is subject to prior arrangement and vehicle/chauffeur availability.
Traffic, road conditions, beach congestion, parking limitations, local events, weather, guest delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary and duration of individual stops.
Vehicle Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
Passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.
Guests traveling with significant luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, child seats, oversized equipment, or other special items should notify IFMVIP before booking so vehicle capacity can be confirmed.
The assigned vehicle will be a private Black SUV or comparable luxury full-size SUV, subject to availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to available time, traffic, parking conditions, distance, and chauffeur availability.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.

Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been reviewed

• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Attraction tickets, activity tickets, admission fees, prepaid parking, reservations, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a third-party provider classifies a ticket, reservation, fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
