The exact order and duration of stops will be adjusted based on traffic, parking availability, coastal congestion, guest preferences, weather conditions, and the final confirmed itinerary.
Not every stop is guaranteed for the same amount of time. Stop durations may be adjusted to keep the tour within the reserved 8-hour service period.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and return transportation from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are included in the listed price.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.
The scheduled pickup, transportation between destinations, sightseeing stops, waiting time, and final drop-off are all included within the same 8-hour service period.
Please contact IFMVIP before booking if your pickup location is outside the included service area.
Tour Duration
The 8-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.
Travel time between Los Angeles and Orange County, sightseeing, walking time, photo stops, lunch stops, waiting time, and transportation between locations are all included within the same 8-hour period.
The 8-hour duration does not represent 8 full hours at the coastal destinations.
Actual sightseeing time will depend on traffic, pickup location, parking availability, beach congestion, weather, and the final itinerary.
If the tour exceeds 8 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and is subject to prior arrangement and vehicle/chauffeur availability.
Traffic, road conditions, guest delays, parking limitations, local events, beach congestion, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary or duration of individual stops.
Balboa Island & Ferry
Balboa Island may be visited as part of the confirmed itinerary.
Use of the Balboa Island Ferry, if requested or appropriate for the itinerary, is subject to operating conditions, traffic, availability, and applicable ferry charges.
Any ferry fee is not included unless specifically stated in the final booking confirmation.
Crystal Cove
The Crystal Cove portion of the tour may include scenic coastal driving, viewpoints, or selected stops depending on available time, parking conditions, and access.
Any applicable parking or entrance-related charges are not included in the tour price.
Vehicle Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
Passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.
Guests traveling with significant luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, child seats, beach equipment, oversized items, or other special equipment should notify IFMVIP before booking so vehicle capacity can be confirmed.
The assigned vehicle will be a private Black SUV or comparable luxury full-size SUV, subject to availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to available time, distance, traffic, parking conditions, weather, and chauffeur availability.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been reviewed
• Passenger count and any special requirements have been confirmed
• The proposed itinerary has been reviewed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Any known additional charges will be communicated before final payment whenever possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Attraction fees, ferry tickets, activity tickets, prepaid parking, reservations, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a third-party provider classifies a ticket, reservation, fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the booking date, pickup time, pickup location, itinerary, passenger count, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
