The exact order and duration of stops may be adjusted based on traffic, parking availability, local events, operating conditions, guest preferences, and the final confirmed itinerary.
Depending on traffic and available time, some stops may be shortened or adjusted to ensure the tour is completed within the reserved 8-hour service period.
Hollywood Sign & Griffith Observatory
The itinerary may include either a Hollywood Sign photo viewpoint, the Griffith Observatory area, or another suitable scenic viewpoint depending on traffic, access, parking conditions, road restrictions, and available time.
Access to a specific Hollywood Sign viewpoint or parking location is not guaranteed.
Lunch Stop
A lunch stop may be included within the 8-hour tour schedule.
Lunch time is included in the total reserved service period and does not extend the tour duration.
The cost of lunch, food, beverages, and any restaurant-related charges are the responsibility of the guests.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and final drop-off within Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica are included in the listed tour price.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.
The scheduled pickup, transportation between attractions, sightseeing stops, walking time, lunch stop, waiting time, and final drop-off are all included within the same 8-hour service period.
Please contact IFMVIP before booking if your pickup location is outside the included service area.
Tour Duration
The 8-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.
Travel time, sightseeing, walking, photography, lunch, waiting time, and transportation between locations are all included within the same 8-hour period.
The 8-hour duration does not represent 8 full hours at the attractions.
Actual sightseeing time will depend on traffic, pickup location, parking conditions, local events, attraction access, and the final itinerary.
If the tour exceeds 8 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and is subject to prior arrangement and vehicle/chauffeur availability.
Traffic, road conditions, guest delays, parking limitations, special events, closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary and duration of individual stops.
Vehicle Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
Passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.
Guests traveling with significant luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, child seats, oversized items, or other special requirements should notify IFMVIP before booking so vehicle capacity can be confirmed.
The assigned vehicle will be a private Black SUV or comparable luxury full-size SUV, subject to availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to available time, distance, traffic, parking conditions, attraction access, and chauffeur availability.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been reviewed
• Passenger count and any special requirements have been confirmed
• The proposed itinerary has been reviewed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Attraction tickets, activity tickets, admission fees, prepaid parking, restaurant reservations, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a third-party provider classifies a ticket, reservation, fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the booking date, pickup time, pickup location, itinerary, passenger count, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
