Pickup and return transportation from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are included in the listed price.

Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.

Please contact us before booking if your pickup location is outside the included service area.

Tour Duration

The 8-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.

Travel time to and from Desert Hills Premium Outlets, chauffeur waiting time, shopping time, and agreed stops are all included within the same 8-hour period.

The 8-hour duration does not represent 8 hours of shopping time.

Actual shopping time will vary depending on traffic, pickup location, departure time, and any additional stops requested by the group.

If the tour exceeds 8 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and must be arranged or approved.

Traffic, road conditions, guest delays, store operating hours, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the available shopping time and total itinerary.

Outlet & Store Information

Desert Hills Premium Outlets and individual stores may change their operating hours, holiday schedules, promotions, store availability, or policies without notice.

IFMVIP does not guarantee the availability of any specific store, brand, product, sale, discount, promotion, or merchandise.

Guests who wish to visit a specific store are encouraged to verify that store’s operating status before the tour date.

Shopping & Luggage Capacity

The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.

For groups expecting to make large purchases, travel with significant luggage, or transport oversized shopping bags or merchandise, please notify us before booking.

Vehicle passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.

For groups of 6–7 guests, available luggage and shopping storage space may be limited.

If additional cargo space or a larger vehicle is required, an alternative vehicle may be recommended and additional charges may apply.

Additional Stops & Itinerary Changes

Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to time, distance, traffic conditions, and chauffeur availability.

Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Your reservation is confirmed only after:

• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been reviewed
• The proposed itinerary has been approved
• Any expected luggage or large-volume shopping requirements have been reviewed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP

Any known additional charges will be communicated before final payment whenever possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Any non-refundable third-party fees, tickets, reservations, parking arrangements, or services purchased specifically for the booking are excluded from the refund. Any such charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.

Changes to the booking date, pickup time, pickup location, itinerary, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
