Suggested Itinerary
Pickup from Los Angeles and private transportation to Palm Springs.
During the day, guests may visit selected areas of downtown Palm Springs, scenic neighborhoods, architectural points of interest, and designated photo stops.
Time will also be available for lunch and independent exploration before returning to Los Angeles.
The order and duration of stops may be adjusted based on traffic conditions, weather, attraction schedules, and the final confirmed itinerary.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and return transportation from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are included in the listed price.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.
Please contact us before booking if your pickup location is outside the included service area.
Tour Duration
The 10-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.
Travel time to and from Palm Springs, sightseeing, photo stops, attraction visits, lunch stops, waiting time, and other agreed activities are all included within the same 10-hour period.
The 10-hour duration does not represent 10 full hours of sightseeing in Palm Springs.
Actual sightseeing time will depend on traffic, pickup location, weather conditions, attraction schedules, and the final itinerary.
If the tour exceeds 10 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and must be arranged or approved.
Traffic, road conditions, weather, attraction delays, guest delays, closures, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary, number of stops, or total tour duration.
Attraction Availability
Admission to attractions is subject to availability and the operating policies of each attraction.
Submitting a tour request does not guarantee admission, ticket availability, or operation of any specific attraction.
If a specific attraction is important to your group, please mention it when submitting your booking request.
Vehicle Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
For groups traveling with significant luggage, large equipment, child seats, or other special requirements, please contact us before booking so we can confirm vehicle capacity and the appropriate vehicle type.
The assigned vehicle may be a Black SUV or a comparable luxury full-size SUV depending on availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to time, distance, traffic, weather, attraction availability, and chauffeur availability.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been reviewed
• The proposed itinerary has been approved
• Attraction availability, where applicable, has been reviewed
• Any applicable third-party charges have been disclosed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Any known additional charges will be communicated before final payment whenever possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Tramway tickets, attraction tickets, admission fees, parking arrangements, reservations, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a third-party provider classifies a ticket, reservation, admission fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the booking date, pickup time, pickup location, itinerary, attraction selections, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
