This private tour combines selected sightseeing in some of San Diego’s best-known areas, including La Jolla, Old Town, and Balboa Park, with time for photography, sightseeing, lunch, and independent exploration.
A visit to Coronado may also be included if time and traffic conditions allow.
The itinerary can be adjusted based on traffic, guest interests, available time, attraction schedules, and the final confirmed plan.

Tour Duration
The 10-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.
Travel time between Los Angeles and San Diego, sightseeing, photo stops, lunch stops, waiting time, and transportation between attractions are all included within the same 10-hour period.
The 10-hour duration does not represent 10 full hours of sightseeing in San Diego.
Actual sightseeing time will depend on traffic, pickup location, departure time, parking conditions, attraction schedules, and the final itinerary.
If the tour exceeds 10 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and is subject to prior arrangement and vehicle/chauffeur availability.
Traffic, road conditions, guest delays, parking limitations, weather, local events, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary, number of stops, or duration of individual visits.
Attraction Availability
Admission to attractions is subject to the operating hours and policies of the applicable venue.
Submitting a tour request does not guarantee admission, ticket availability, or operation of any specific attraction.
If a particular attraction or location is especially important to your group, please mention it when submitting your booking request.
Vehicle Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
Passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.
Guests traveling with significant luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, child seats, oversized equipment, or other special items should notify IFMVIP before booking so vehicle capacity can be confirmed.
The assigned vehicle will be a private Black SUV or comparable luxury full-size SUV, subject to availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to available time, distance, traffic, parking conditions, attraction availability, and chauffeur availability.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been reviewed
• Passenger count and any special requirements have been confirmed
• The proposed itinerary has been reviewed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Any known additional charges will be communicated before final payment whenever possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Attraction tickets, activity tickets, admission fees, prepaid parking, reservations, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a third-party provider classifies a ticket, reservation, fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the booking date, pickup time, pickup location, itinerary, passenger count, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
