Suggested Itinerary
Day 1 — Los Angeles to Monterey Area
Pickup from Los Angeles and private transportation north toward the Monterey area.
Selected scenic or rest stops may be included along the route depending on the confirmed itinerary, available time, road conditions, and guest preferences.
Upon arrival in the Monterey area, guests will be transported to their hotel.
Guest hotel accommodation is not included in the tour price.
Day 2 — Monterey & San Francisco
Begin the day with selected sightseeing in the Monterey area.
Depending on the confirmed itinerary, stops may include scenic coastal areas, selected Monterey attractions, viewpoints, and photo opportunities.
Continue toward San Francisco for selected city sightseeing.
Possible San Francisco highlights may include:
• Golden Gate Bridge viewpoints
• Fisherman’s Wharf
• Pier 39 area
• Lombard Street
• Union Square
• Palace of Fine Arts
• Selected neighborhoods and scenic viewpoints
The exact attractions, route, and stop durations will be determined before the reservation is confirmed.
Day 3 — San Francisco & Return to Los Angeles
Continue selected sightseeing in San Francisco according to the confirmed schedule.
After sightseeing, begin the return journey to Los Angeles.
Reasonable rest stops will be made during the drive as needed.
Final drop-off will be at the original pickup location or another pre-approved location within the included service ar

The route, sightseeing stops, overnight locations, daily start times, and chauffeur service hours must be confirmed before booking.
The itinerary may be adjusted according to traffic, weather, road conditions, attraction operating hours, hotel locations, closures, special events, and guest preferences.
Not every attraction listed above is guaranteed to be included.
The final confirmed itinerary will determine the actual sightseeing program.
Guest Hotel Accommodation
Guest hotel accommodation is not included in the starting tour price.
Guests may arrange their own hotels, or IFMVIP may assist with hotel arrangements upon request.
Hotel rates, taxes, resort or destination fees, deposits, and other accommodation charges will be quoted separately unless specifically included in the final booking confirmation.
Chauffeur Accommodation & Meal Allowance
For this multi-day tour, the customer is responsible for the chauffeur’s overnight hotel accommodation.
A private hotel room must be provided for the chauffeur at the same hotel as the guests or at a reasonably located nearby hotel.
A chauffeur meal allowance of $75 per day applies and is not included in the tour price.
For a standard 3-day tour, the total chauffeur meal allowance is $225.
Any applicable chauffeur overnight parking or valet fees are also the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the final booking confirmation.
All known chauffeur-related expenses will be disclosed before final payment whenever possible.
Daily Chauffeur Service
Private chauffeur service is provided according to the confirmed itinerary and agreed daily service schedule.
The vehicle and chauffeur are not available on a 24-hour, around-the-clock basis.
Daily start times, sightseeing periods, estimated driving times, and end-of-service times will be agreed upon before the reservation is finalized.
Additional chauffeur service outside the confirmed daily schedule is subject to availability.
Any applicable additional charge must be confirmed before the extra service is provided.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and final return transportation from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are included in the starting price.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may affect the final tour price.
Please provide your exact pickup and final drop-off locations when requesting the tour so the final quote can be confirmed.
Vehicle & Luggage Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
Final passenger capacity is subject to the amount and size of luggage.
Passenger capacity and cargo capacity are separate considerations.
For groups of 6–7 guests, luggage capacity may be limited, particularly for a multi-day trip.
Guests must provide the expected number and approximate size of suitcases before booking.
If additional cargo capacity or a larger vehicle is required, an alternative vehicle may be recommended and the final price may change.
The assigned vehicle will be a private Black SUV or comparable luxury full-size SUV, subject to availability.
A specific vehicle make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Pricing
The advertised price of $3,299 is a starting price for the private SUV and agreed itinerary.
The final price may vary depending on:
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Requested route
• Daily chauffeur service hours
• Number and location of overnight stays
• Additional stops or attractions
• Additional mileage
• Vehicle requirements
• Seasonal or operational conditions
The final price will always be confirmed before payment is requested.
The per-person amount of approximately $471.29 is provided only as an example based on 7 guests sharing the private vehicle price.
Individual seats are not sold.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to time, distance, traffic, weather, road conditions, chauffeur availability, and the confirmed daily schedule.
Additional stops, significant route changes, extended waiting time, additional mileage, or service outside the confirmed schedule may result in additional charges.
Any applicable additional charge will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
This tour is offered on a Request to Book basis.
Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation and does not guarantee the advertised starting price.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• Passenger count and luggage requirements have been reviewed
• Pickup and drop-off details have been confirmed
• The complete 3-day itinerary has been reviewed
• Daily chauffeur service hours have been confirmed
• Guest and chauffeur accommodation arrangements have been reviewed
• The final tour price has been confirmed
• Any applicable third-party or chauffeur-related charges have been disclosed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Day 1 pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Day 1 pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Hotel reservations, attraction tickets, activity tickets, restaurant reservations, prepaid parking, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the applicable provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a hotel, attraction, ticket provider, or other third-party provider classifies a reservation, ticket, fee, or service as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the travel date, pickup location, passenger count, luggage requirements, itinerary, overnight locations, daily service hours, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and may affect the final price.
