Suggested Itinerary
Pickup from Los Angeles and private transportation to Temecula Wine Country.
The tour will typically include visits to 2–3 selected wineries or vineyards, subject to availability, travel time, winery operating hours, and the final confirmed itinerary.
Guests may enjoy optional wine tastings, sightseeing, photography, and a lunch stop before returning to Los Angeles.
The specific wineries and number of stops will be confirmed before the reservation is finalized.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and return transportation from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are included in the listed price.
Pickup from other areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional transportation charge.
Please contact us before booking if your pickup location is outside the included service area.
Tour Duration
The 10-hour tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off.
Transportation to and from Temecula, winery visits, sightseeing stops, and the lunch stop are all included within the 10-hour period.
If the tour exceeds 10 hours, additional time is charged at $110 per hour and must be arranged or approved.
Traffic, road conditions, winery delays, guest delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary, number of stops, available winery time, or total tour duration.
Winery Availability
Winery selections are subject to availability.
Submitting a tour request does not guarantee admission, tasting reservations, or availability at any specific winery.
The final itinerary will be confirmed based on winery availability, operating hours, travel time, and guest preferences.
If a specific winery is important to your group, please mention it when submitting your request.
Wine Tasting Requirements
Guests participating in wine tasting must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Guests under 21 may be permitted at certain wineries, but policies vary by property.
If children or guests under the age of 21 are traveling with the group, the policies of the selected wineries will be reviewed before the itinerary is finalized.
Wine tastings and alcoholic beverages are provided by the wineries and are not included in the transportation price unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.
Vehicle Capacity
The tour accommodates up to 7 guests in a private full-size Black SUV.
For groups traveling with significant luggage, large equipment, child seats, or other special requirements, please contact us before booking so we can confirm vehicle capacity and the appropriate vehicle type.
The assigned vehicle may be a Black SUV or a comparable luxury full-size SUV depending on availability.
Itinerary Changes
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be possible during the tour, subject to time, distance, traffic, winery availability, and chauffeur availability.
Additional stops, major route changes, extended waiting time, or additional mileage may result in extra charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the additional service is provided.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
• Vehicle availability has been confirmed
• The proposed itinerary has been reviewed
• Winery availability, where applicable, has been confirmed
• Any applicable winery or third-party charges have been disclosed
• Payment has been successfully completed
• You have received a final booking confirmation from IFMVIP
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the IFMVIP transportation and tour service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Winery reservations, wine tastings, admission fees, tours, dining reservations, or other third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies established by the individual winery or service provider.
If a third-party charge is refundable and IFMVIP receives a refund from the applicable winery or service provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer.
If a winery or third-party provider classifies a reservation or fee as non-refundable, that amount cannot be refunded by IFMVIP.
Any known non-refundable third-party charges will be disclosed before payment whenever applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable bank or payment provider.
Changes to the booking date, pickup time, pickup location, itinerary, winery selections, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and must be approved by IFMVIP.
